Having built a brand recognised for producing and serving the highest quality in seafood, for 2009 T&S have used our extended family of seafood suppliers to create a ‘Taste of Scotland’ canapé range.
There are three essential factors at its heart: taste, identity and innovation. We recognise the dedication and time devoted to creating quality, loved foods. That is why we have meticulously sourced our produce from ethical suppliers with a reputation for provenance.
This has accumulated in two distinctive offers:
- A contemporary take on traditional Scottish dinning. An updated version of the standard smoked salmon or caviar, with contemporary flourishes/touches.
- Food that experiments with the boundaries of Scottish Culture, past and present. Includes the likes of a haggis neaps and tatties canapé and mini deep fried mars bars.
