We have been farming on Loch Creran for over a quarter of a century.

We originally farmed salmon before moving into mussels and oysters. Now exclusively farming oysters we have gained many valuable relationships with fellow farmers and fishermen within Argyll and across Scotland.

We aim to provide only the finest quality produce from suppliers we know and trust. Here are a few of our closest producers:

Inverawe Smoke House

Robert and Rosie Campbell-Preston established the business in 1974. They have become renowned for producing the very best of smoked salmon, smoked using an age old traditional method which produces a unique flavour to the fish.

When we originally farmed salmon, Inverawe was the smoke house we used. Since then we have maintained a close relationship. http://www.smokedsalmon.co.uk

Mull Crab Co. set up by Gordon Turnbull, the Mull Crab Company has tapped into the seafood rich coastline of the Isle of Mull. Family friends, Gordon and his brother both catch and prepare crab, lobster and langoustine, maximising the quality of their product. http://www.mullcrab.co.uk
