Temple and Shian was established in 2005 by cousins Robin Dunlop and Colin Thwaites.After many summers bending their backs on the family oyster farm on Scotlands West coast, they used this experience to share the wonders of the oyster with the world. Whether it be with our wandering oyster boys, seductive canapes or fantastic ice bars, we aim to create the full package.
